GS2 has been ported to a Linux-based setup at C-Mod and tied to MDSplus. Initial stability analyses by Yuh, et al., have confirmed the identification (originally by Rogers and Drake) of the quasi-coherent mode in the EDA pedestal as likely to be a resistive ballooning mode.
