February 5, 1999:
The routines which generate the geometry-dependent
coefficients go by the name "June4." They may be called directly from an
application code, or from a standalone code called 'eiktest.' This
standalone code is made by executing 'make eiktest'. It always reads an
input file 'eik.in.' It may read an additional input file under some
conditions. This additional file can have any name and contains the output
of an MHD equilibrium code.
Also included in this distribution is a code that
tests for ideal MHD ballooning stability. This code is called 'ball,' and
is compiled with 'make ball'. 'Ball' also reads the file 'eik.in' and a
user-specified numerical MHD equilibrium as appropriate.
There are several input parameters for the June4
suite, all of which are specified in 'eik.in'. I will post documentation
for these inputs soon.
